Sure, here is a recipe for (cauliflower stuffed flatbread):

Ingredients:
– 2 cups whole wheat flour
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon ajwain (carom seeds)
– 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
– 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
– 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
– 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
– 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
– 1 small cauliflower, grated
– 2 green chilies, finely chopped
– 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 2 tablespoons oil
– Water, as needed
– Ghee or butter, for cooking

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, salt, ajwain, cumin seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and garam masala powder. Mix well.
2. Add water gradually and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and pliable. Cover and set aside for 15-20 minutes.
3. In another bowl, mix together the grated cauliflower, green chilies, ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, and oil.
4. Divide the dough into equal-sized portions and roll each one into a ball.
5. Take one ball and flatten it with your hands. Dust with flour and roll it out into a small circle.
6. Place a tablespoon of the cauliflower mixture in the center of the circle. Bring the edges together and pinch to seal the stuffing inside.
7. Dust with flour and roll it out into a flatbread (parantha) of about 1/4 inch thickness.
8. Heat a griddle or tawa over medium heat. Place the rolled out parantha on it and cook for a minute or two.
9. Flip the parantha and apply some ghee or butter on top. Cook for another minute or two until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
10. Repeat with the remaining dough and stuffing to make more paranthas.
11. Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or any chutney of your choice.
